What DEX means
DEX stands for Dynamic Ecosystem Xperience. We chose that name intentionally — because life isn't a fixed destination. It's a dynamic, ever-evolving journey, and the community around you is the ecosystem that makes it possible.
We provide the comfortable foundation: bed, fully furnished homes, all utilities including Wi-Fi, common areas stocked with books, games, arts and crafts, and security cameras in shared spaces for safety. All residents must be able to ambulate independently and maintain a substance-free lifestyle.

Beds & all utilities
We provide shared bedroom housing with all utilities included — water, electricity, and WiFi. No hidden fees, just stable housing so residents can focus on enjoying life.
Common area amenities
Shared living spaces come stocked with books, games, arts and crafts, and other activities — plus security cameras in common areas for the safety and peace of mind of every resident.
60 -65+ adult community
Our 65 and older program is a senior-only environment. Residents must be able to ambulate independently and are surrounded by peers who share their stage of life and life journey.

Who we serve
Reentry individuals Option A
65+ Men and women transitioning from incarceration who are committed to sobriety and rebuilding their lives in the Jacksonville community.
Adults 60 and older Option B
Adults aged 60 and older who want independent living but prefer not to be alone will find this ideal. It’s not a nursing home, but rather small, shared housing exclusively for those 60 and above. Residents should be able to walk on their own and seek a respectful, age-appropriate environment.
